Seattle Business Project | Sur La Table
A theoretical design of specialty hand-made pots sold and distributed by Sur La Table used to promote local Asian-American artists, as well as embrace the Chinese culture and history behind the creation of 宜兴 (Yíxīng) clay pots. These artifacts relfect earthy, natural elements such a wood bark and soil to represent China’s connection with their environment and setting. The set would expand past teapots and explore the creation of tea steeper’s, spoons, and other tea accessories, allowing for the consumption of this product to be more accessible to those who are interested in this line of pottery, but do not have a ton of money to spend.
This project was completed within five weeks using Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop.
